The EPA has provided an updated list of the vehicles that are eligible for trade in under the Cash For Clunkers 2009 program. The complete updated list has been posted at the FuelEconomy.gov website. The website has a list of cars that have sold in the United States since 1984. The list has been clearly arranged and sorted by Model Year and Make of Car. Note from the FuelEconomy.gov website : "Trade-in vehicles must have been manufactured within the last 25 years. Some 1984 model year vehicles will not meet this requirement. For these vehicles, please check the manufacture date. Model year 1984 vehicles manufactured in the same month or later in the year than the month you trade your vehicle meet the 25-year requirement."
