Dear Naresh Ji,

Here I am quoting two tickets:

1. Ticket No.ETKT: 589-5673102577
2. Ticket No.ETKT:589 5673202762

Both these tickets were return ticket from Delhi to JFK (New York).

First ticket was issued in the name of Sri Jagdish Prasad Jain. At the eleventh hour Jet Airways refused me for issuing the boarding pass because the name was not matching with passport.

For this mistake Jet Airways/ Agent is responsible. Either your computer programme is faulty or the mistake is on the part of your agent. This ticket was cancelled.

I purchased a new ticket as given above at sl.2 in the correct name Jagdish Prasad and traveled.

On this issue of refund how Jet Airways acted is really condemnable. Till now I have not received refund of my cancelled ticket.

Will you be kind enough to see this matter? This type of cases will give bad name to Jet Airways and people will be reluctant to make their journey by Jet Airways unlike me.
