Barack Obama - John McCain Second Presidential Debate Date Time Schedule And Live Streaming Video

The first presidential debate between Republican party nominee John McCain and Democratic party nominee Barack Obama was won by Barack Obama according to polls conducted by various news networks. The second presidential debate will take place on October 7 2008 at Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee. The debate is scheduled to start at 9 PM ET.

The second presidential debate will be of a town hall meeting format. The questions for the debate will come from the audience. To submit a question that you will like to be asked to the candidates, go here. The moderator will call on members of the audience to ask the question. Two minutes will be the time limit for each candidate to respond to the questions from audience. After both the candidates give out their initial answers, they will receive another one minute each to react to the other candidate’s answer. The second debate will be moderated by Tom Brokaw.
