This time it is not a leaked sex tape, it is a stolen picture of a minor that now has the feds investigating. Some sick Walmart employee has reportedly stolen pictures of Britney Spears’ sister Jamie Lynn Spears breast feeding her baby, Maddie. The pictures were shot by Jamie Lynn Spears’ boyfriend and the baby’s father Casey Aldridge on his digital camera. The camera was taken to a local Walmart to print the pictures.
One of the stolen pictures shows an exposed breast of Jamie Spears and this has now sparked a Federal Pornography Investigation. Jamie Spears is only 17 years old and a minor as per law. Pictures of a minor displaying genitalia is a violation of federal pornography laws.

Other pics in the set include Britney holding the baby and one of Jamie Lynn, Britney, Brian (Brit’s bro), Lynne Spears and Jamie Spears around Jamie Lynn’s hospital bed. There are also pics of Maddie by herself, and there’s a picture of Jamie Lynn in a negligee holding the baby.
Authorities are trying to find the man who is attempting to sell the photos. In addition, we’re told Britney’s lawyers are thinking about going after Wal-Mart for the alleged security breach.
