The Guinness World Records launched the 2009 edition of their bestseller - The Guinness Book Of World Records - today in London. In a first world wide launch of their book, Guinness, brought some of its record holders for a photoshoot at London’s Trafalgar Square. The most popular pictures from this photoshoot feature the World’s shortest man He Ping Ping with the woman with longest legs, Svetlana Pankratova.
Svetlana Pankratova is 6 feet and 7 inches tall and out of that her legs alone are 4 feet and 4 inches tall. No wonder Pankratova is called the Queen of the longest legs. She is 36 years of age and hails from Volgograd,Russia. When asked on how she felt knowing that she is in the Guinness Book of World records, she said “Well actually it’s great for me to realize that I am the queen of the longest legs. I’m the longest on the planet. It just feels good. Actually I’m proud of it.”
