Tennessee Titans Call Cops To Check On ‘Emotionally Down’ And Missing Quarterback Vince Young

by Trendy

The Tennessee Titans called the Knoxville cops last night to check on their Quarterback Vince Young. The Titans received a call from people close to Young who sounded worried about his state of mind. Vince Young carries an unloaded handgun in his car and this probably caused more worry for the team.

A statement was issued by the Titans this morning detailing the incident.

“Last night, we received a call from people that are closest to Vince informing us that he had left his house in a state of mind that had them concerned; and that he was unreachable, having left his cell phone at the house. Not having all the facts available to us and approaching the matter prudently, we contacted Metro Police to make them aware of the situation and asked for their assistance in locating Vince. He was located at a friend’s house, where we made contact with him. He then came to the practice facility where it was determined that those initial concerns by his friends and family were unfounded and he returned home without incident.”

Vince Young had a bad outing in the Titans Vs Jacksonville Jaguars game last Sunday, even though the titans won 17-10. Vince Young was booed by his home crowd and also injured his left knee during the game. Young had to leave the field during the fourth quarter of the game. A MRI exam of his injured knee has been scheduled for today.
