This morning an unsuspecting commuter was killed in a random act of violence by a man who is thought to have some kind of mental illness. Elgin Louis Taylor Jr has now been charged with the murder of Michael Fuccile according to New Jersery’s Hudson County Prosecutor Edward DeFazio. Elgin Louis Taylor Jr is a 24 year old man and a New Jersey resident. He was chased and caught by some folks who witnessed the gruesome incident.
Michael Fuccile works for Merrill Lynch and was killed at about 8:30 AM Eastern Time. Fuccile was murdered at the Liberty State Park light rail station during the morning rush hour. No motive was found for the killing and the incident is being called a random act.
