Meet He Ping Ping alias PingPing He - the shortest man alive in the world. He Ping Ping stands at 2 Feet and 4 inches which is roughly about 73 cm and is about 20 years old. He Ping Ping is from china and has already found his way to the Guinness book of world records as the shortest man alive. According to PingPing He’s father he was only the size of an adult palm at the time of his birth. His siblings are two sisters who have grown to a normal adult height.

According to his father, He Yun, at birth he was as small as a palm. When it became apparent the child was growing very slowly, doctors diagnosed the cause as the bone deformity Osteogenesis Imperfecta which hinders the normal growth of bone and bodily height, although it is much more likely that He Pingping has Primordial Dwarfism.
He Ping Ping is a very popular figure on the internet and says that he smokes about 2 packs of cigarettes a day. He might want to cut down on that if he wants to be in the record books as the shortest man ‘ALIVE’.
