‘Romeo’ Dev is just 2 Feet 9 inches tall and weighs only 9 Kgs (19.84 Lbs). He has a huge fan following in his town and neighboring towns. He trains with Ranjeet Pal, who has come up with a special training program for this mini muscle man who has also made it into the guiness book of world records.
